Leigh Allen joined the Brunini firm after graduating from law school in 1964. His practice of more than thirty-five years has been concentrated in business transactions and planning for closely held businesses and large estates. Leigh has served as lead counsel in numerous very substantial mergers and acquisitions and other significant transactions involving complex issues. He serves as counsel to many closely held businesses, working with owners and family on succession planning and tax issues. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of two banks and a large private investment company and serves as the trustee of numerous trusts. Leigh has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Business Transactions; Trusts and Estates) for more than five consecutive years.
