Bob Drinkwater joined the Brunini firm in 1977. He has served on Brunini's board of directors and as chairman of the firm's Commercial Department.
Mr. Drinkwater received his A.B. Degree, with high honors, from Transylvania College in 1972 and received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Mississippi Law School in 1977. While in law school Mr. Drinkwater served as the Editor in Chief of the Mississippi Law Journal.
Since 1986, Mr. Drinkwater's has served as a member of the Business Law Advisory Group formed by the Secretary of State to modernize Mississippi's business laws. He chaired the committee that drafted Mississippi's Limited Liability Company Act.
Mr. Drinkwater's is recognized in Woodward/White's The Best Lawyers in America, Mid-South Super Lawyers, and in Chambers USA's America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
Bob's civic activities include serving as attorney for Habitat for Humanity Metro/Jackson, Inc. and Stewpot Community Services. He has served on the board of directors of The Country Club of Jackson, the Capital Club, and the YMCA
