Cheri joined Brunini in 1988 and became a member of the Firm in 1992. Cheri has a broad litigation practice ranging from commercial litigation, single-plaintiff personal injury and multi-plaintiff mass tort dockets. She also has an extensive insurance practice concentrating on defense of bad-faith claims, coverage litigation and health care issues, including ERISA, HIPAA and mental health care.
Cheri headed up the Firm’s mass-tort Silica Division. This role included management of the State Court cases as well as the National MDL 1553 docket where she was one of five members of the Steering Committee before the MDL was de-activated.
in 2008-09, Cheri was involved in representation of national energy companies relating to natural gas and liquid petroleum pipelines.
