Gary Rikard graduated from law school in 1994. His practice areas include primarily environmental law and energy law. Before joining Brunini, Gary was a senior attorney with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ). He obtained his undergraduate degree in civil engineering and worked as an environmental engineer in the Air Division and Water Division of MDEQ. Mr. Rikard's first-hand knowledge of the technical and legal operations of MDEQ has allowed him to assist clients in both complex environmental permitting and enforcement actions.
