Anne Sanders joined the Brunini firm in 1990. She currently chairs the firms Labor and Employment Work Group. Anne concentrates her practice on employment issues affecting clients' daily operations. She assists clients in developing and implementing personnel polices and in evaluating and making personnel decisions. She also provides training to all levels of management on topics such as workplace harassment, interviewing skills, diversity concerns, and other management needs. In addition to her advisory practice, Anne defends clients in federal, state and administrative forums against claims involving alleged violations of state and federal employment laws. She has been an employment law arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a certified mediator by the Mississippi Supreme Court.

Before joining the Brunini firm, Anne was a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Department of Interior and prosecuted surface coal mining operators for violations of the federal surface coal mining laws. She was also Senior Counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Company and the Resolution Trust Corporation in the late 1980s.

Anne is also active in civic and non-profit organizations. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, Mississippi Women's Forum, Boys and Girls Club of Metro Jackson, Ballet Mississippi, Metro Jackson Chamber of Commerce and the American Heart Association. Anne is a graduate of Leadership Jackson, and is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Leadership Jackson. Anne is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jackson.
