David Andress practices in the areas of commercial real estate and business. His real estate practice includes transactions involving industrial property, shopping centers and unimproved land. He has handled like kind exchanges of real property under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. David's practice also encompasses real estate financing.

David represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of retail leases and telecommunications site leases. He also provides legal services for the leasing and management of commercial and industrial property, which is part of the school lands trust in Jackson.

David also has experience in asset purchases and sales including transaction negotiation and documentation.

David is also active in the community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Magnolia Speech School and a graduate of the 2000-2001 class of Leadership Jackson.
