Matt Allen joined the Brunini firm in 2005 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Barbour, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. He is an associate in one of the firm's litigation departments. He practices general civil litigation, and he has been engaged in a range of matters including commercial litigation, products liability litigation, mass torts litigation, and employment litigation.
Matt received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team, the Review of Litigation, and served as Assistant Moot Court Director for the Board of Advocates.
Before law school, Matt received his M.B.A. from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College, where he participated in the European study abroad program, and his B.A. from Mississippi State University, where he was the Student Association President, Haley Barbour Scholar, and a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship during his senior year.
