Benje Bailey joined the Brunini firm in 2000 and is a member of one of the firm's litigation departments. He received his Accounting degree from Mississippi State University in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in 2000, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Mississippi Law Journal. Since coming to the firm, Benje has worked on lawsuits involving complex commercial transactions, products liability, nursing homes, and premises liability. Benje and his wife, Mimi, have one son, Jake and three daughters, Maggie, Cate, and Aubrey.
