Lynn Murray joined the Brunini firm in 2002. He has represented individuals, businesses, and state/federal governmental entities in a variety of criminal and civil litigation issues in state and federal courts.  He received his law degree in 1986 from Ole Miss while in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring from active service in 1993.  His last year on active duty, Lynn prosecuted federal felony cases for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of North Carolina.  Upon returning to Mississippi he served in the Public Integrity Division of the Mississippi Attorney General’s office prosecuting white-collar crimes.  For over five years prior to joining Brunini he was the attorney for the State Auditor’s Office.  He is an adjunct professor at Mississippi College teaching in their Administration of Justice and Paralegal Studies programs.  His practice is concentrated in commercial and mass tort litigation.
