Gene Wasson concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of environmental law and oil and gas law. He has participated in numerous cases involving cost recovery under CERCLA, citizen suit claims under RCRA, and common law claims related to environmental contamination. In addition, he has advised clients on all aspects of environmental compliance and permitting. He has also advised clients on OSHA compliance and has contested OSHA citations. Gene's practice also includes preparing oil and gas title opinions and giving advice on curing title defects. Additionally, he has experience in preparing utility easement agreements, overseeing right-of-way acquisition projects, and litigating right-of-way disputes.
