David Allen was admitted to the bar in 1978 and has experience in a variety of positions, both in private practice and with two Fortune 500 energy firms. He currently is resident partner in the Gulf Coast office of Brunini. His practice focuses in the area of real estate and corporate matters, with concentrations in the representation of both lenders and developers in commercial real estate projects, commercial title insurance matters and condominium development. He is a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He has also served as an adjunct professor in business law for Tulane University and the University of Southern Mississippi. David is also an active participant in community activities. He has served as member and treasurer with the Board of Directors for the Walter Anderson Museum of Art in Ocean Springs, and has provided legal services to the Board of Trustees for the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art in Biloxi.
