Gordon Flowers is an attorney in the Northeast Mississippi office. With over thirty years of legal experience, Gordon has represented clients in the defense of various claims as well as non-litigated matters.  In his practice he has defended personal injury claims, medical malpractice claims, employment claims, and most recently has devoted much of his practice to the defense of environmental claims.  In addition, Gordon represents closely held business concerns and advises them in non-litigation matters.

Gordon has been selected has been selected by “The Best Lawyers in America® 2012” in the fields of Mass Tort Litigation, Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions- Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation –Defendants, and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants.

• A  1000 plaintiff case alleging property damage from air emissions
• Multiple cases involving alleged PCB contamination where plaintiffs claimed both personal injury and property value diminution
• Property damage as well as personal injury claims that allegedly caused groundwater contamination in a residential neighborhood
