Marcial D. Forester, Jr. has practiced law in Jackson, Mississippi, for 25 years, primarily concentrating his practice in the areas of energy, environmental, real estate and commercial law. His experience includes oil and gas regulatory proceedings before the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board, litigation, contracts and title opinions, environmental regulatory proceedings before the Mississippi Commission on Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, litigation and advising clients on environmental law matters, real estate and timber transactions. For 10 years he was in-house counsel to SkyTel, a wireless telecommunications provider.

- Lecture experience includes various legal seminars in Mississippi concerning environmental law matters related to oil and gas, real estate and commercial loans, (sponsored by The Mississippi Bar Section on Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law (SONREEL); The Cambridge Institute and National Business Institute), and as Paralegal Studies Program Instructor with The University of Mississippi.
