Jason is an associate in the Northeast Mississippi office.  He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law  where he served as Articles Editor on the UALR Law Review.  Jason primarily practices in the area of general business with emphasis on formation and mergers of business entities, commercial transactions, and contract law. He also has experience advising corporate clients and municipalities concerning economic development incentives and public finance.
