Representative Matters
- Obtained enforcement of a non-competition agreement, along with Scott Singley, restraining a restaurant's former manager from competing against it. The manager had previously left the restaurant in violation of his non-competition agreement to work in management at a newly opened competing restaurant. Pursuant to a motion for injunctive relief filed by Singley and Wiseman, the court entered an injunction against the former manager preventing him from working at the competing restaurant for a period of six months. Pursuant to motions to dismiss filed by Singley and Wiseman, the court also dismissed numerous counterclaims filed by the former manager related to his employment at the restaurant.
