Lindsey S. Wiseman
Associate
Lindsey Wiseman joined the Brunini Firm in 2009 as an Associate in the Firm’s Columbus office. She received her Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Accounting from the Mississippi College School of Business. Lindsey received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2009 where she served as associate articles editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. She and her husband, Parker, reside in Starkville, MS, where he serves as Mayor.
Representative Matters

Obtained enforcement of a non-competition agreement, along with Scott Singley, restraining a restaurant's former manager from competing against it. The manager had previously left the restaurant in violation of his non-competition agreement to work in management at a newly opened competing restaurant. Pursuant to a motion for injunctive relief filed by Singley and Wiseman, the court entered an injunction against the former manager preventing him from working at the competing restaurant for a period of six months. Pursuant to motions to dismiss filed by Singley and Wiseman, the court also dismissed numerous counterclaims filed by the former manager related to his employment at the restaurant.
