Susan Floyd King received her Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in December 2009 where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for best paper in International Law. King completed her undergraduate degree at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN and her Master’s of Education in Gifted Studies at Mississippi University for Women. Prior to entering law school, King worked as an educator and consultant in Washington, D.C., Houston, TX, and Jackson, MS at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. She has served on the vestry at St. Andrew’s Cathedral, as treasurer for Jackson Swim Association, and chaired various projects for the Junior League of Jackson. King and her husband have two sons, Charlie and Brady.
