It's easy for a law firm to claim that it's different or better. To find out if the claim is valid, it's best to ask the firm's clients. Recently that's exactly what happened.
The law firm consultants at Altman Weil, Inc. conducted an extensive survey of the clients of the Brunini firm, posing detailed questions on a number of topics. Altman Weil then compared the results to similar surveys of more than 100,000 clients of other major firms. The differences were significant. In every key area the Brunini Firm far exceeded the national average. The percentage of Brunini's clients that reported that they are completely satisfied with the Firm's services was much higher than the percentages for other firms. Although survey respondents were promised confidentiality, not a single client of the Brunini Firm expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the Firm's work. Altman Weil also questioned clients regarding the Firm's responsiveness. Again, the Brunini Firm surpassed other firms by a substantial margin in responding to client needs in a timely manner. Finally, Brunini's clients responded that they believe the value of the services the Firm provides is outstanding. More than 90% of the firm's clients stated that the value the Firm provides is either excellent or very good. Once again, the results for the Brunini Firm far exceeded the average for clients' perceptions of the value they receive from other firms.
In responding to the survey, the Firm's clients made the following comments:
The Altman Weil survey confirms that the Brunini Firm's commitment to excellence is succeeding - the Brunini Firm really is different.
"They are an excellent firm. They have been our Mississippi counsel for years, and I hope that relationship will continue for many more years."
