Sharon Bridges and Jonathan Werne Obtain Dismissal of Medical Malpractice Suit

On August 20, 2009, the Mississippi State Supreme Court rendered a decision dismissing a plaintiff’s medical malpractice cause of action with prejudice for failure of plaintiff to comply with the pre-suit notice requirements set forth in the Mississippi Tort Claims Act.
