Cheri D. Green obtains Agreed Judgment of Dismissal for client after filing Motion for Summary Judgment. In a case involving a bad faith denial of claim allegation, Ms. Green filed a Motion for Summary Judgment asserting that her client was not involved in the decision making process and, therefore, was not a liable party. After initial discovery, the Plaintiff and co-Defendant agreed to the Judgment of Dismissal.
