McCullough and Howell Win in Bankruptcy Court

James McCullough and Karen Howell win a significant summary judgment victory for Lender Processing Services, Inc. ("LPS") in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Mississippi. In a class action adversary proceeding, the plaintiffs alleged, among many claims, improper legal fee sharing and the unauthorized practice of law.  McCullough and Howell demonstrated that the companies had no involvement  in the underlying bankruptcies. Accordingly, no claims existed against LPS.  The Plaintiffs filed a Motion to Reconsider, and after oral argument, the Court sustained its ruling.
