SINGLEY WINS MOTION TO DISMISS

Scott Singley obtained a dismissal for American Eurocopter Corporation in a race and disability discrimination case.  Although the Plaintiff was a member of a protected class, the Court found there were no allegations that the plaintiff was qualified for her position, replaced by someone outside of the protected class or that similarly situated employees were treated more favorably. Accordingly, Judgment was granted in favor of the client.  Opinion
