SUMMARY JUDGMENT AFFIRMED BY FIFTH CIRCUIT

In Lowe v. American Eurocopter, LLC, a motion to dismiss was granted in favor of Eurocopter on race and gender discrimination claims. Thereafter, summary judgment was granted on the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The Plaintiff appealed the summary judgment decision. The Fifth Circuit affirmed the decision finding since there was no response to the motion for summary judgment, no error had been reserved for appeal.  Congratulations to Scott Singley and Lindsey Wiseman on the appeal and Scott and Chris Fontan on the Motion to Dismiss.
