Marcy Forester Publishes Oil & Gas Survey

Marcy was recently published in the Texas Wesleyan Law Review in its inaugural edition of The Oil & Gas Survey, a state-by-state annual update on developments in the field of oil and gas law.  Marcy is the contributing author of the Mississippi Survey Chapter.
