Brunini’s Jim Halford, John Flynt and William Drinkwater successfully represented the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO) in obtaining regulatory approval from the Mississippi Public Service Commission (MPSC) for Entergy Mississippi to join MISO and transfer functional control of its transmission facilities to MISO, the nation’s first regional transmission organization (RTO).
