Shapley and Jones Obtain Defense Verdict

Chris Shapley and Trey Jones recently obtained a defense verdict in Hinds County Circuit Court in a suit brought against a lender. The plaintiff alleged that the lender failed to compensate him appropriately for his work assisting in bringing several large custodial accounts to the bank. The jury found for the lender and awarded plaintiff no damages. Judge Winston Kidd presided over the trial.
