Wade and Allen Obtain Defense Verdict in Nursing Home Arbitration
During January 2008,Johnny Wade,Matt Allen and Patricia Kennedy obtained a defense verdict in arbitration on behalf of Pemberton Manor Nursing Home and Magnolia Healthcare. The plaintiff alleged that the nursing home was negligent causing the resident to suffer dehydration, decubitus ulcers, falls, infections and death.
