Allison and Kimball Obtain Favorable Fifth Circuit Ruling

Larry Allison and Brian Kimball recently were successful in obtaining a favorable ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit that affirmed the district court's dismissal, by summary judgment, of a plaintiff's claim to certain real estate sales commissions.  The commissions at issue were earned by a real estate broker and the broker's real estate sales associates from pre-construction sales of all condominium units in a high rise condominium development located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
