Rod Clement Appointed to represent the ABA on the Joint Editorial Board for Uniform Real Property Acts

Rod Clement has been appointed to represent the American Bar Association on the Joint Editorial Board for Uniform Real Property Acts. Members of the Board are appointed by the American Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the National Conference of Commissioners of Uniform State Laws (“NCCUSL”) to advise NCCUSL about proposed uniform acts regarding real property and proposed amendments to existing uniform acts. Rod has practiced commercial real estate law with Brunini since graduating from law school in 1983 and is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
