Brunini Team Wins First Welding Fume Trial In West Virginia

On August 5, 2009, a six-person Mason County, West Virginia jury returned a defense verdict on behalf of firm clients Lincoln Electric Company, Inc., Hobart Brothers, Inc., and The BOC Group, Inc. in the first welding fume case tried in West Virginia. The jury deliberated only one hour and forty minutes after an eight-day trial in which Brunini's David Kaufman served as co-lead trial counsel and was supported at trial by Patrick McDowell, Benje Bailey, and Michelle Green.
