Sharon F. Bridges, a successful litigator and member of Brunini, Grantham, Grower & Hewes, PLLC, has recently been elected Vice President of the National Bar Association. She has held several positions within the NBA including, Deputy Chief of Staff to President Rodney G. Moore, Board Member At Large, Regional Director and Chair of the Health Law Section.
The National Bar Association, first organized in 1925, has a network of 22,000 members representing African-American members of the bar who are lawyers, judges, law professors and law students. The organization seeks to advance the science of jurisprudence, preserve the independence of the judiciary and to uphold the honor and integrity of the legal profession.
