Brunini, Grantham, Grower & Hewes, PLLC, one of Mississippi’s largest and longest-established law firms, has signed a 15-year lease extension at Pinnacle @ Jackson Place, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to downtown Jackson. The firm will occupy approximately 42,000 square feet, with options to expand as it grows.
Founded in the 1890s, Brunini serves businesses and institutions navigating growth, development, and complex challenges across the Southeast, in areas including commercial litigation, economic development, construction, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, public finance, energy, real estate, and trusts and estates.

Kumar Bhavanasi has acquired and invested in several landmark downtown properties, including the Pinnacle Office Building, the Regions Office Building, 308 Electric, and other non-office assets. Bhavanasi is an entrepreneurial executive, real estate investor, and founder and CEO of First Tek. Alongside his 25-year career leading international technology initiatives, he directs multimillion-dollar commercial real estate developments aimed at urban revitalization.
