Adam is a member of the Real Estate, Economic and Project Development, and Corporate Law practice groups, bringing extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, affordable housing development, and finance. In these areas, Adam partners with developers, business owners, and government entities to help move projects from concept to completion—structuring transactions, navigating regulatory requirements, and identifying practical solutions that align with clients’ strategic and financial objectives. Adam helps clients anticipate potential challenges, mitigate exposure, and keep complex developments on track.
Adam has played a key role in the development of transformative community projects across the Southeast, guiding clients in executing initiatives that generate long-term economic impact while meeting operational and compliance demands.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as Vice President of Development at HughesSpellings, LLC, where he was involved in the acquisition, development, and rehabilitation of over 1,300 affordable housing units across Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, using 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credits.
Adam lives in Madison with his wife Rebecca and their two sons and attends Broadmoor Baptist Church.
