Adam Vaughan

Adam Vaughan

Adam is a member of the Real Estate, Economic and Project Development, and Corporate Law practice groups, bringing extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, affordable housing development, and finance. In these areas, Adam partners with developers, business owners, and government entities to help move projects from concept to completion—structuring transactions, navigating regulatory requirements, and identifying practical solutions that align with clients’ strategic and financial objectives. Adam helps clients anticipate potential challenges, mitigate exposure, and keep complex developments on track.

Adam has played a key role in the development of transformative community projects across the Southeast, guiding clients in executing initiatives that generate long-term economic impact while meeting operational and compliance demands.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as Vice President of Development at HughesSpellings, LLC, where he was involved in the acquisition, development, and rehabilitation of over 1,300 affordable housing units across Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, using 4% and 9% low-income housing tax credits.

Adam lives in Madison with his wife Rebecca and their two sons and attends Broadmoor Baptist Church.

Allison Dooling

Allison Dooling joined the firm in 2025. She received her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review. Prior to starting her legal career, Allison received a Masters and Bachelors of Science in Finance, and she appreciates any opportunity to combine her interest in finance with her passion for the law. Outside of the legal profession, Allison is regularly involved in and attends Bellwether Church.

William G. Kennedy

Will is a Jackson native and graduate of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. He earned dual degrees in Managerial Finance and Spanish from the University of Mississippi in 2019 and later graduated magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2025. While in law school, Will served as Articles Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review, competed in the Edward L. Bryant Jr. National Health Law Transactional Competition in Chicago, and externed for the Honorable Judge David McCarty on the Mississippi Court of Appeals.

Abigail “Abbie” R. Hunter

Abbie joined Brunini as a first-generation lawyer in 2025 following her federal clerkship with the Honorable Kristi H. Johnson in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Bringing that experience into her practice, Abbie offers a unique skillset to the firm’s Litigation Group.

Abbie graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2024. While there, Abbie gained experience working for the Mississippi Secretary of State, as well as serving as an extern in a United States District Court and on the editorial board of the Mississippi College Law Review. Prior to law school, Abbie graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with minors in both Spanish and Servant Leadership.

Abbie is an active member of First Baptist Jackson where she serves in the young adults and special needs ministries and plays on the church’s softball team.

Zach Smith

Kaelyn Mack

Kaelyn Mack joined Brunini in 2024 as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  Prior to joining the firm, Kaelyn clerked for the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Kaelyn received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2022, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review and Secretary for the Black Law Student Association (Spring 2021).  During her third year, she had the opportunity to extern for Chief Justice Michael Randolph in the Mississippi Supreme Court.  Kaelyn received her bachelor’s degree in Art History and Policy Studies: Law and Justice from William Marsh Rice University in Houston, Texas, in 2018.

Evan Thomas

Evan joined Brunini in 2024 as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Evan earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he served as a Staff Editor on the Mississippi Law Journal and graduated Cum Laude. Evan also attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with his Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting. While on campus in Starkville, Evan served in various leadership roles in a number of student organizations.

Hunter C. Ransom

Hunter is a multifaceted problem solver for clients of all industries. His litigation experience includes business, employment, civil rights, estate, property, construction, and general liability.

Hunter joined Brunini as a first-generation lawyer in 2023 after a one-year federal clerkship for the Honorable Kristi H. Johnson in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Before his clerkship, Hunter graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he gained practical experience in externships for Justice Kenny Griffis in the Mississippi Supreme Court and in the Solicitor General’s Division of the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office. Before law school, he graduated from Ole Miss in 2019.

Hunter is also a first-generation Mississippian, and he is passionate about the community. He has served on the board of directors or committees for various organizations including the Jackson Young Lawyers, Phoenix Club of Jackson, Ole Miss Young Alumni Council, Capital Area Bar Association, Fifth Circuit Bar Association, and the Charles Clark American Inn of Court. He also stays active as an alumni of both MC Law and Ole Miss.

Cristofor “Skye” Taylor

Cristofor “Skye” Taylor joined the Brunini Firm in 2023. Skye graduated summa cum laude from the Robert C. Khayat Law Center at the University of Mississippi. Prior to law school, Skye attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he graduated with highest honors. Skye is a member in the Commercial Department.

While in law school, Skye served as the Development Coordinator for the Mississippi Law Journal. During his studies, Skye was presented with the Outstanding Student award in Contracts and Natural Resource Law.
