Representative Matters

  • The Firm serves as Mississippi counsel to Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (“MISO”), the nation’s first Regional Transmission Organization, in the effort to obtain regulatory approval for Entergy Mississippi, Inc. to join MISO.
